Interested in volunteering?

We need volunteers for a variety of different jobs.  Some require prior experience, like sound mixing and stage management, but most don’t.  We need help checking people in, helping with meals, and many other areas.

If you would like to volunteer, you make a commitment to work 12 to 15 hours and in exchange you pay only $145 to register (a savings of $200).  Basically, your registrations fee goes to cover a portion of the fees we have to pay to Harbin for you to come onto the property and to the caterer for preparing the meals.
